Espresso Martini


Glass: 7oz martini
Method: shake & fine strain
25ml vodka
37.5ml espresso
25ml coffee liqueur (Illy Liqueur or Kahlua is preferred)


Add all ingredients into a mixing glass and fill with ice and cap with a Boston shaker. Shake vigorously and fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

AKA Espresso Cocktail or the Vodka Espresso, this drink has been credited to Dick Bradsell, London. A superb dessert drink and a personal favourite, which should be made to the customers taste. As with a regular coffee some people will prefer to have a little sugar added, so be sure to offer.
