Fruit Daiquiri


Glass: 10oz rocks or 5oz martini
Method: shake & strain
50ml Blanco rum
12.5ml lime juice
12.5ml Funkin fruit purée, 10ml liqueur or muddled fresh fruit
1 bar spoon of sugar syrup


Put all the ingredients into a mixing glass and fill with ice. Cap with a Boston shaker and shake vigorously until the shaker freezes on the outside. Strain either over ice in a rocks glass or fine strain straight up into a chilled cocktail glass.


an appropriate fresh fruit garnish and lime spiral or a ‘perky’ lime wedge.

Other Information

For the best fruit daiquiris use a quality purée or fresh fruit. There are hundreds of fruit flavours and combinations that work with rum. Experiment with flavours and try combining fruit flavours with spices.
